Royal Residence & Resort

Brand new apartments located on the beachside of Cabarete within a five minute walk of the long beach that includes sailing, surfing, kite-surfing, and more. The location includes restaurants, shopping, and an active day and night life. The apartments range in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms with space enough for up to 6 persons for those who want to share expenses. Building B has two elevators. Children under 12 are free.
Daily maid service, sheets and towels will be changed 3 x per week.

2007 Season Promotional Rates in US$ per apartment per day:

- Children under 12 are free
- Additional children between 12 & 18 - $10 per person
  per day
- Additional adult(s) - $15 per person per day
- All rates include 16% sales taxes
- Minimum rental time 1 week, if the rental time is under
  1 week there is an additional fee of 15%
